Program for tracing images

Hi I've got a drawing in need to make into a computer image and I don't know any programs for tracing it. I will trace the image and then delete the image and then work from the computer one. Does anyone know a program where I can do this?

Wouldn't you use a scanner? You could take a picture of it ..
