Hey all
I have been reading some threads where people are making statements like..."when i run ESO my cpu is 90% in use while my gpu is only being 55% used" (clearly Indicating bottle necking...)
Is this a program on windows 8? Or can anyone reccomend a free, safe program i can use to track this kind of data? I have a good one on my '09 MBP that actually comes installed on all iOS and its been very helpful with optimizing my old laptop.
Im in the process of planning a rebuild of my desktop sooo this information may prove to be extremely useful
