Program instaling by it selfe

First the program is called pxese and it opens it selfe many times and my cpu usage and ram usage are at 100% When i open task menager and go to processes i can see how te pxese.exe opens 600-900 times but when i shut down the internet it stopst opening it selfe and i close all the pxese.exe processes. I have found the location of the program and deleted it but it came back and every time i delete it it reinstalls by it selfe the instalation proces is about 2sec
I can not get rid of it please help!!

it's a type of virus. First you need to boot in safe mode , remove this virus from startup.
