Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the software itself?
- Uninstall AverMedia RECentral then download and install the latest software that's compatible with Windows 10.
- Here's a link:

- Once installed do test if it will cause BSOD again or not.
- If uninstalling/reinstalling will not work do try do run a test with your RAM and HDD just to make sure that they are both healthy.
- If they pass install the latest driver there for your graphics card and Sound card.
