Programs not launching, scanning and repairing drive.

Hi. Over the past week, I've noticed that when I try to launch the Battlenet app, nothing happens. Then when I try to launch Chrome or Task Manager, nothing happens either. It isn't a crash because things that are already open are still working (such as a YouTube video.) After usually 2 minutes, everything loads at once, then an error notification pops up that says something along the lineS of "Scan and repair your drive." So after I clicked it, it restarted my PC and scanned and "repaired" my D drive. I thought nothing of it, but it kept on doing it, sometimes taking 4 restarts to launch things properly. I downloaded CrystalDisk, and it shows this:

I have an SSD (C: with windows and Arma 3) and a HDD (D: with all my other games and BNet).
I'm not sure what this program shows, could it be a failed/failing hard drive?

Can't see your screenshot at work, but from the way the system is acting with the errors about the drive, you need to replace it.

use the seagate seatools to check hdd but with the picture you post this one is going away .

sorry for not replying, only just got back to PC. but do you mean my drive is dying?

i would use seagate seatolls on both test to make shure it is still good or gone fall since you had advice on health status .
