Programs takes forever to load with new MB and Ssd

Hi, I just upgraded to Asus Maximus X hero I7 8700K Corsair vengeance 16gb Samsung 860 evo 500gb I did a clean install of windows 10 and notices that programs take forever to load like task manager or just opening skype, I did a scan with malwarebytes and no threats found. What could be the reason?

On new systems there're a lot of Windows updates to be downloaded and installed. And I'm starting to conclude that the newer "trial version" of MalwareBytes" does a whole lot of disk access during its 14 day free trial when it sits resident in your system. Give it a couple of weeks and see if it settles down.

The problem occurs about 2 hours after the pc has been on

Start Task Manager, click on the Processes tab, and look to see what's happening on your C: drive.
