You really don't have a choice due to the limited config and balance of airflow. The problem being you have to balance airflow. And your front radiator will heat the air entering your top radiator, making it less effective. As your 240 will likely be used for the GPU which generates more heat, it makes sense to use the 360 at top as the CPU will have more thermal headroom, and the additional area of the radiator will help with it's cooling.
So with that in mind:
I would have the 360 as exhaust up top.
I would put a 120 as intake on the bottom
I would have the 240 as intake on the front.
Or optionally:
I would have the 360 as exhaust up top.
I would put the 3 x 120 fans on the front as INTAKE
I would mount the radiator behind the bottom two front fans.
If you wanted to go all out, you could put an optional 120 intake on the bottom with an optional 120 exhaust on the rear. This will help mix the warmer air with cool fresh air making the average temp of the air to the top radiator lower.
None of this will really make you overclock much better. But it will help your fans run at lower speeds, making your system more quiet.
