Processor: AMD E-350D APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.60 GHz

RAM: 2 GB (1.61 usable)

Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6310 Ghaphics

32-bit Operating System.

I wanna upgrade my pc's prossecer and graphics card. But in very low budget. Could you please suggest me best card and prossecer in under 3000 Rs. ? (Yep i live in india) which is good for gaming pc? I mean i dont wanna play latest games but games from 2009-2013 such as tomb raider 2013

going off of the fact that you have an AMD E350 CPU I assume this is a laptop yes?
If so, then there are no upgrade options for you.

But if this is somehow a desktop system I still don't see any upgrade options for you.
Alternatively, your budget is barely enough just to get a really low end and old graphics card that wouldn't be able to handle TR 2013 at all.

Unfortunately for you, if you want to start playing more modern titles, you're going to need to get yourself a decent sized budget of about 40,000rs.

Alternatively, if the games you are looking to play aren't too modern and came out on the xbox 360 then you could just look into getting a used one with a hard drive on it and picking up a cheap used copy of the games you want to play. (assuming you have a TV to plug the 360 into)

I guess this is notebook so there is no upgrade path for this one.

for ultra low budget i would recommend you to sell your current system and get a decent used system or make one using old cheap parts.

you can find Core2duo or dual core for just around 500 RS nowadays which is capable enough to play older titles from 2009 or so.

or just get old C2D refurbished system well this would cost you more but the you can expect fair performance too.

Wait wait wait a second. How are you saying my pc cant run s**t? I mean i have ran far cry 3 on it, ac black flag on it, the amazing spiderman 1 and 2 on it but idk why nowdays it isnt running anything perfectly. It also lags on gta sa and ultimate spiderman (games from 2004) even on lowest setting 🙁 how is this possible?
