Prototype 2 lag

Hi all, I have pretty bad issue with that game.
I really like it (started playing it from 1 pm to 5 pm without break LOL) because it has awesome style which ain't in other games.
So I have Acer Aspire E1-570G with GT 740M, i3-3217u processor and 6 GB RAM which is much more than enough to play this game on maxed settings.
Is there a fix?

Just try it.. sometimes it helps, or try verify integrity of files (if you have it on steam)

I'll try that with reinstalling tomorrow and I'll tell you what happened.

Where are the savefiles stored in?
I want to backup them because I don't want to repeat all these hours in gaming.
