Question proxy websites?

my school uses fortiguard & cisco to block websites. does anyone have any less well-known proxy sites that can bypass the firewalls?

additional info

1. i cant install software on these pcs
2. some of the control panel options are blocked
3. browser extensions & command prompt are blocked
