PS2 adapter for mouse problem

Hello i use a ps2 mouse on laptop and when i connect to PS2 adator and insert into usb port windows says that he dosent recognized it , i need a driver or something else ?

Those PS/2-to-USB adapters are very unreliable and most of them just plain don't work.
All you need is a native USB keyboard (ie one that's designed for USB and doesn't need an adapter).

All mice made today are native USB (they have been for years), you can buy them anywhere.
