PS3 8002F14E stops at 97%

I have recently fixed my PS3's YLoD issue but now I have a new one. I wiped my drive and restarted my PS3, connected to the internet and tried to open PS Store, it popped up with an error message telling my to update my PS3. I proceeded to go into settings and pressed update. The update downloaded and installed till 97% when it popped up with error code 8002F14E I restarted my PS3 multiple times and looked the code up and did everything the videos and forum posts I saw told me to do. From what I have seen if the Blu-Ray drive isn't functioning or is corrupt it will stop between 60-70 percent. However, my PS3's Blu-Ray drive is broken and I'm planning on getting a new one, but if it stops at 97% doesn't that mean its not my Blu-Ray drive. When I put a disc in my PS3 it brings the disc in attempts to spin it and fails. Any tips would be very helpful. Thank You

It still is possible that it's from the bluray drive. I would just replace it if I were you and if that clears anything up.
