Hello, I've been using this controller for the past year but it started malfunctionning recently. It is wireless and everytime I plug the bluetooth dongle it is recognized and usable for a minute or so but then it disconnects and never reconnects again and it keeps blinking. I've tried various solutions but none worked (NefariusLegacinator, resetting controller, etc..). Here are screenshots of my device manager and joy.cpl : View: https://imgur.com/a/l0tgGej
Thanks for any help you could bring

EDIT : in the very short time my controller is recognized and usable it is recognized as an xbox 360 controller until the input starts lagging and then ultimately the controller disconnects : View: https://imgur.com/a/N4x7BpE

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

What specific solutions have been tried?

New battery?

Does the controller work properly on another computer?

Does another known working PS4 controller work on your computer?

Does the dongle get very warm or even hot?

Touch carefully just after it disconnects.

If the controller does get warm or hot try using a USB extension cable to move the dongle up and away from the host USB port. Cooler air and perhaps some improvement in signal.

Wondering about the "PS4" devices listed in Device Manager:

Can you present the screenshot in English?

I've tried resetting the controller with the button on its back, installing and uninstalling new controller drivers, trying every usb port on my pc, pairing and unpairing the controller several times

It did work on this one before without any issue but the same issue happens on my PS4 now.

I had a PS5 controller which worked flawlessly on this pc.

No.

Wondering about the "PS4" devices listed in Device Manager:

1- Headset (recognized as an audio device)
2- HID compliant game controller
3- Headset Microphone (recognized as a microphone)
4- USB Input device
5- HID compliant device
6- USB Composite device
7- No need for translation

I've tried uninstalling and disabling the first, third and seventh drivers but it didn't change anything. The controller itself or its dongle is probably dead I guess since it does the same thing on my PS4.
