Just looked it up, the PS4 Pro looks like it has RX480 desktop-equilavent graphics which is impressive enough. The standard PS4, has indeed, GTX 750 Ti or in AMD terms R7 265 equilavent graphics. Slightly stronger than the RX 480 would be the GTX 1060, R9 390X, GTX 980.
Consoles are tricky. Pure power wise it will be around a RX 470(its basically an underclocked 480, 480 does about 5.4 tflops, it will do somewhere in the 4s), but due to less overhead on a console and generally better optimization it may have the effect a RX 480 has in a PC.

the RX 470 will have more power than the GPU used for the PS4 pro.
Hmm, debatable.
actually the RX 470 is a wee bit weaker than the RX 480. so we can say that the gpu used in the PS4 pro is more equivalent to a RX 470. i have read that the RX 480 will be used for the PS4 Neo

PS4 Neo is PS4 Pro I think...
its is. Neo was the codename. Remember back in the pre-gamecube days. Dolphin was the Codename for Gamecube. Which is why I assume the famous emulator took that name.
The ps4 has a modified HD 7870 2gb graphics card, the PS4 pro had 2 gpu's in the single card. It was stated that the ps4 pro was going to use one of the gpu's for the older games unless optimized by the developer. So somewhere just above the rx 470, though in some older titles still the 7870.
