PS4 slim vs pro vs price

I have 2 choices:

PS4 slim 1tb @ 230$ and PS4 pro 1tb @ 340$

What choice is better? I have a 4k tv but I will play it only at night. During the day, I will play on a full HD monitor.

My use of PS4 will be for Red Dead Redemption 2, Spider Man, God of War 4 and maybe a few other exclusives. For all other titles, I play on PC.

So, practically after a period of time chances are I will sell the console and the games. 

What choice is better considering price/performance ratio but also potential sale value?

I would go with the Pro. It's got better hardware, better cooling because of the larger design and the resale will be easier/valued higher.
