Question PS5 on secondary PC monitor

Hey!

I was wondering if I can plug in my PS5 to my second PC monitor and still get sound from both the PS5 games and the Discord sound from the PC through my headset?
I can't figure out how this would work.
My headset is a Logitech G533

Does your 2nd monitor have aux/ headphone out? Could run a 3.5mm stereo cable from monitor to line in port on motherboard.

If monitor doesn't have audio output to route audio from, then other alternatives to perform the same goal would be to search for hdmi extractor. An extractor with hdmi out for video but also has 3.5mm jack output for audio, then connect to line in port on motherboard this way.

Or run a 3.5mm cable from ps5 controller headphone out to line in. This might be annoying but cost effective way to test line in port on PC before spending anything on an extractor.

Someone here did similar with monitor having headphone out. But like i said if your monitor doesn't have hf out then an extractor or from controller should work.
