Psn error: incorrect password or Sign id

Today When i was going to play gta 5 my PSN suddenly signed out. When i was going to sign in again it said that the password was incorrect, sign in id bla bla. I know the sign in id and the password. I cant reset the password because its my dads email and we dont have any contact.
I do not want to start my online over again. The online worked perfectly yesterday. Please help! ASAP
