PSU 620w bronze is enough?

Hi to all i just wanted to know if my PSU can handle if i overclock my CPU.

i already bought this PC rig btw only the PSU cant decide yet im on a budget right now:

Gigabyte Z170-X Gaming 5
Core i5-6600K
Cpu cooler CM Hyper 212x
GIGABYTE GTX 970 xtreme gaming edition oc
G.skill Ripjaws v red DDR4 (2x4GB) 8GB
1 WD Caviar HDD
samsung 850 evo

PSU? Seasonic M12II-620 Evo 80+ Full Modular bronze

say i want to overclock my cpu to @4.5ghz? does my PSU (620w bronze) handle this overclock?

I have that almost identical build, overclocked to 4.4, and run it on the 520 watt version of that PSU. A 620 will work perfectly and still leave you plenty of headroom.

Yeah, the PSU will handle that overclock and everything in that build.
That PSU will handle SLI too, it's a good PSU, tier 2 on tom's list.
