PSU and Build Question + Opinion

Firstly, I'd like to start off by apologizing in advance if this in the wrong section. And secondly, I'd appreciate any help I can get regarding the build I'm looking at buying. I'm not sure if my current PSU can handle it since it's rather old. Here's the build I made (obviously this is my first build ever so if you reccommend different parts let me know):

Would my current power supply properly power this system efficiently? Keep in mind that I have an ASUS GTX 560 ti GPU not the Galaxy (it wasn't listed on the website). It's a Mad Dog 550w. Here is the label on my PSU if it helps:

EDIT: Sorry forgot to mention: I already have a 7200RPM HDD that I'll be using along with 1 DVD drive. Also, I'd like to spend a maximum of $300 on the CPU, RAM, and Motherboard.

It is not a good PSU with only 30amps (360watts) total on the +12 volts. and should consider getting a new one. The motherboard is not the best either.

Thanks for the quick response. One more question:

Would the XFX 550w suffice? (Bronze) If so, would it be better or worse than the one you suggested?

I can possibly get it for around $40 from a seller and it's brand new in box.

The XFX is better! It is a quality unit and I would take it any day over the EVGA which I posted only because of your budget!
