PSU and Cooler for i5 6600k and gtx1070

Hello. I'm planning on buying mid-core gaming pc. This is what I'm goin for now:

Motherboard: AsRock Z170 Gaming K4 Fatal1ty

i need SPDIF out so i wonder here which one is a better choice
CPU: Intel i5 6600k

PSU: I'm planning to overlock cpu to around 4.5ghz so i wonder how much firepower do i need
Cooler: I was thinking about my favourite Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
RAM: 8GB DDR4 KINGSTON HyperX Fury 2133MHz

So what motherboard would be better and what PSU and Cooler would be good for it? Thank you in advance. In addition I need to buy on this website www.allegro.pl

I really dont need OC'ed 6600k to have enough power for some CPU based games? I need SPDIF out on motherboard which makes it more difficult.

No you don't need a 6600k, a 6500 is plenty, and this way you can get a 1070 in there.
