bad choice for the PSU. Get something by XFX, Seasonic, or EVGA as they make the best PSUs with the best capacitors. I would get something over 600W to handle the GPU overclock. That CPU will definitely not bottleneck as they are both intermediate items.

No bottle neck. PSU 650w can handle it even on oveclocking FX6300, but not good quality psu... Go for Corsair HX or AX series, Seasonic or XFX.... with 80+ compliance/ better efficiency
