Question PSU cause a circuit break

i just finished my build and installed the windows and every thing work fine,
since finishing the build i turned on/off my pc about 15 times, all of them was successful attempt except two of them which caused an entire house electricity loss/outage (circuit break)
first time happens when i tried to plug the PSU cable while the PSU button power was on
second time happens just after i pressed the PSU power button off (the pc was already off )

Full system specs, including PSU make and model (or part number) is? Also, how old the PSU is, and was the PSU bought new or used/refurbished?

My PSU is corsair RM750 and its new

system spaces:
CPU: Intel Core i5-12600K
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060
SSD: Kingston SNV2S500G 500GB
SSD: Kingston SNV2S1000G 1TB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3600 C18 2x8GB
MBD: Asus TUF GAMING B660M-PLUS WIFI D4

Might want to call in electrician who looks over the electricity grid. Most likely a bad breaker that trips at too low levels.

PC side, getting an UPS will keep the PC running, once the breaker trips.
