[SOLVED] PSU causing stutters?

I recently upgraded my PC, everything except my PSU & GPU.
After doing a fresh install of windows, drivers, etc i got into my first game.
Whenever im playing a game, my PSU makes a noticeable rattling noise, and whenever there is a stutter or brief freeze in game this sound stops for that amount, so if my game begins to stutter for 1-2 seconds, that rattling noise stops for the same amount.
The PSU in question is an EVGA B2 750W 80+ Bronze
Which feeds a
i5 8400 2.8ghz
B360 Mobo
16gb ddr4 2400Mhz
GB 512g SSD
GB Vega 64 (Stock)

So could my PSU not be supplying enough power to the system meaning its faulty?
I wanna know others opinions before i jump the gun on a new PSU.
In intense gaming my GPU draws around 320w and my CPU around 140w, so i dont think its the lack of available power, also using a power consumption calculator it estimated that my pc draws around 600w.
P.S
I already did a clean install of my GPU drivers.
Games like LoL or anyother e sport type game run with no problems whatsoever, only demanding games like FF 15 , Watch Dogs 2 , etc.

Are you sure it's the PSU that is making the noise or is it the GPU fan? It might be the GPU fan which is more likely to be causing the noise relatable to the stuttering you experience. But if you are sure it is the PSU, try a different PSU then.
