Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Are you sure that the source of the clicks are from the PSU? Might want to get a hold of a sheet of A4 paper, roll it into a cylinder and hold one end to your ear, then use the other end to probe for the source of the noise.

Check and recheck that all cables are snug and connected the right way.

Many power supplies have an inrush current bypass relay, which do make a click sound both on shutdown and startup. However if the click sound is heard during normal operation that might be a cause for concern (I cannot view the video as it is private at this time)
