PSU Compatible or nah?

Hiya will my current PSU be ok for the following:

PSU: ACE 350X - 350Watts 10A(never even heard of it)
Motherboard: Asrock G31m-gs r2.01
CPU: E8400 3Ghz not overclocked
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 9500GT
Ram: 2x2GB DDR2 800Mhz
Hard drive: Random 500Gb SATA
Fan ×1 = Intel D60188-001

Pls let me know. My only concern is the amps of the PSU. Been told that it should supply minimum of 20A. New to all this. Doing this as a project.

I would replace that PSU very very poor , not a real 350w.
