What country do you live in? Not all PSU's are available in all countries so it helps to know before suggesting units.

I wouldn't stick with the PSU you have, it's probably very, very poor quality and is an accident waiting to happen.

The good news is that with a GTX 750Ti you won't need to spend very much to get a quality PSU as its power requirements are low. Examples include the Be Quiet System Power 7 http://www.amazon.co.uk/bequiet-BN141-BeQuiet-System-Bronze/dp/B00ABKSR40 the Antec VP-450 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-vp450 and EVGA's budget white and bronze series PSU's
You can get an adapter that will convert one or two drive connectors (Molex) into a PCIE Power connector. The cable would be about $5.00, look something like this: (There are also versions for SATA power.)

12-200-106-TS

It would be a cheap option, I would be concerned about the 'Bulzer' PSU though. If it is a cheaper unit then it's probably not a true 450W supply.

You can get a Seasonic 400W for @ $45.00 (I wouldn't go less than 400W for a 750 TI).
