Hello, I am simply wondering the cable make-up of the Corsair CX 650, namely the PCIe pin count. Are they in two bundles of 6+2? Any alternatives I should consider?

Solution
It has 2 x 6+2 PCIe cables and is more than okay especially for the price...just depends on budget as it is a key part for your PC, me personally, I like Seasonic and would look at the Seasonic FOCUS PLUS 650W 80 PLUS GOLD which is also not too badly priced....Just my thoughts...

Yeah, 850w is what AMD recommend. If you have just bought that cpu you are best to return it. It won’t run properly on your motherboard or with that cooler. The FX9XXX series were terrible and even after buying very expensive motherboards and cooling solutions some people still struggled to get them running stable.

Indeed, miss typed the cpu. AMD 8350 would be the correct selection, I'll update the above.
The 9590 was from a different selection in my planner and must have been a remnant from a older build.
