I have a EVGA Supenova NEX650G. My machine has recently died on me while debugging W10 mouse stutter issues (just tried turning off Fast Start and was worried I screwed it!) However I think I have isolated it to a dead PSU - what a coincidence!
Can you confirm the following please: I've disconnected the PSU from my PC and installed the 24 pin Testing Tool.
Just to confirm if I turn the PSU on (plugged in) the PSU fan should also run shouldn't it. I have also plugged a case fan into the PSU directly (3pin port) which I assume with the testing tool should run too? Both the PSU fan and the case fan run for a second, and then stop. However, when plugged into the Mobo etc the GPU power light is on. Is this a dead PSU?
Thanks in advanced.
