Neither is that great. I'd probably pick the EVGA unit though.

As for FX-6350 and FX-8300, the 8300 has more cores but the 6350 runs at higher clocks. If you overclock, the 8300 is better, otherwise they'll trade blows depending on whether the software can use the extra cores.
 
the semi modular capstone line is based on Enhance platform and not on Superflower's golden green like the non modular units. although not a bad unit, caps arent all japanese and overall performance is inferior.

about the cpu selection , the mobo is better suited with 95w tdp cpu . 4+1 vrm isnt recommended with 125w or o/c

No, this is XFX's only weak tier of power supplies (XT Series). Get the Capstone G-550 anyways. It's much better. Sale lasts till tomorrow.
