PSU Failing Now?

When ever I play any game at max settings, (I mean a demanding game) my PC will randomly shut down. Is this the PSU auto-switching it self off because of over current?

Also, If I shut down my PC, I cannot power it back on unless I flip the power switch on and off at the PSu while the PC in 'hanging'. It wont even POST. Unless I do that power-swtich-flip :-(

Any Ideas please?

**EDIT** PSU is an Jeantech Absolute 1000w. It is 3years old and HAS seen some heavy use, with Tri-SLI 8800GTX in the past, and 2x GTX670's for the last year. At the moment, only running one GTX760 which is why I can't understand how the PC shuts itself down during demanding games?
