Yeah, I'm 100% sure because I have removed the side of tge case to observe the PSU fan, and it's still not spinning.

I have also used Prime95 to check if it will spin under heavy load or not. And still nothing. (I have used blender test, and the second one that has maximum power consumption).

Am I missing a connection?

Oh, man, that sucks 🙁

I just bought it less than a year ago. And it's Seasonic (which I heard was good).

But if you think there's nothing else to do about it, abd the only solution is to buy a new PSU, which one do you recommend? (I have $100-150 budget for a psu, is that enough to get me something decent?)

Source?`One i found at seasonic official website didn't say anything about 0rpm on idle.

@superninja12 I have just tried that, cranked up the setting to max and my computer even restarted from the heavy load, abd the fan isn't doing a thing. Is that a bad sign?

Damn, normally this mode would be called 0 db mode or something, silent mode doesnt mean fans stop working, even that graph doesnt exactly show it... so i really doubt it. There is no source with clear info if PSU has 0 db mode...

Btw what year is it? It has 5 years warranty. You could send it for a fix.

Yes, good thing the security still works( lovely seasonic).

Do whaty maakentox told you.

I was wrong and you were right.

Really vague graph , I misread it.
Tought it was fanless but his pc restarted, that sais enough.
