Ok, so I got a new PC about 2 weeks ago (built it myself) and 3 days ago I realized that the fan on the PSU is not spinning. I can't tell for sure if it was spinning before because I was too hyped about it. My PSU is a Corsair Enthusiast TX850M. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers,

Solution
That's absolutely normal..

The fan will not spinning until the sensor detect heat from psu component..

So, if your fan is not spinning, that's mean you not give a enough load to your psu to sweat..
or, your system is to easy to handle with your PSU..

Solution
Typically, the fan on the psu will NOT spin unless the psu heats up to a certain temp. If you are not drawing near max power from the psu, the fan remains off or in very low power.

Post the specs of your system - cpu, overclock?, gpu, other hardware and we can give you a better opinion.
