PSU fan makes vibrating noise

The fan of the PSU makes a screeching vibration noise.
I disassembled and oiled it, nothing happened.
But I did notice that it's not moving perfectly on the central axis, it's slightly wobbling, the stator could be scratching and causing noise.
I also noticed when I put the fan upside down the noise greatly decreases.
Any suggestions?

inb4 I know what fan prices at Newegg are.

Try to undo the fan itself, then putting it back in. Maybe something is twisted?

Found this in a 'Related Sources' with the same problem:

PSU's can go bad. capacitors and such degrade over time and use. You may want to change it out before it blows and takes the system with it. You can download HWMonitor and see if your voltages are within spec.
