PSU Fan Not Spinning

So, I just installed a new PSU after my old one died. The fan on the new PSU has never started to spin. I am wondering if there is a way to make it spin? My last one before it died, it always spun.

What kind of PSU? Mine always spins and i have never heard of one that does not spin. You could move it around to see if it starts. It could be a DOA fan.

many psu does not spin fan until 40% load, we need info...

What PSU are you using? Quite a few of them on the market today do not spin until they hit a certain load percentage.

try testing the power supply voltage
