What are your other specifications?. If you need a good 450w PSU, the CX range is a budet option.

The VS450 is awful even as a budget option and the CX450 is the better deal

Yes, I know, but the VS450 is certainly better than the Zebronics fire hazard the OP asked about and I recommended the CX first.

I researched about zebronics psu and they use cheap quality product so thinking for coolermaster psu. It is 600 inr cheaper than vs450 and of 350w whic would be enough for:

I5 2400; h61 motherboard; 2 fans; 500gb hdd; useless Dvd player and NO GPU

Well, the CM RS350 has got to be better than the Zebronics, however, it only puts out 228 watts on the +12 volt rails so it's not a true 350 watt model. It has no 80+ certification either. Just don't expect too much from it.

That CM Elite(utter garbage) is made by Solytech, so about the same level of fire hazard bad as the Zebronics.

so should i go for vs450? i can't afford cx450 as it is 1.5x the price of vs450.
Need a psu under 3000 inr

It's the newer grey model so it's not bad(the older orange and green models were the bad ones).
