Hi i have a EVGA 500 watt Psu, specifically the 500 BQ Model (link)
I am planning to get AMD R9 380X graphics card, will it be enough power?
Or will i need to get a more watt Power supply?
If its not enough, will the psu be enough for AMD RX480?
Also my friend also planning same upgrade, he has Corsair CX500, idk if there is difference though because the wattage is the same
Thanks

Solution
Both psu's should be able to power both gpu's. Yes not the best, but far from the worst, just try and see. If you run into problems is it soon enough to look into upgrading the psu.

Both are decent units, but i orefer better quality, as it's the most important part.
Nothing works without it.
Look at evga g1/2/3 or seasonic focus gold.
I prefer the evga g3 as its one of the best units out there.
550 better a 600/650, so you wont have to get a new just because of futur upgrades...
