Would a 550 watt psu be enough for ryzen 3600 and 16gb ddr4 ram with rx 580 gb or 1060 3 gb?

Theoretically, yes, but the quality of the PSU is just as important, so nobody can honestly say without knowing your exact PSU.

The psu is a vs 550 corsair but this propably needs an upgrade for a cx 550 or sonething with at least bronze efficiency.

Thermaltake PSUs aren't really very good unless you're talking the top of their product line, the various Toughpowers.

Looking at the site, this is the least expensive PSU worth buying.
