PSU for GTX 960

are the both of them compatible with gtx 960 and which on is the best choice?

Either are good, but the EVGA B2 750w is unbeatable at 65 dollars right now on Amazon:

Besides that, you only need a high quality 450 watts power supply or better to run a GTX 960 without issues. So typically anything higher will be comfortably enough.

good 500w PSU should be ideal for you
the seasonic has only 1x 6+2pin so if you want to upgrade later you might need 2 then the XFX might be better choice
