PSU for lga775

i want good psu which is compatible low price and can run gtx 750
my pc cabinet is slim 9cm width 32cm height and length 43cm long.

will my 250w psu do the work or i really need to buy a new one


core 2 duo e8500
4gb ddr2 ram
motherboard lga775
coolmaster fan and 2 other small fans
gaming mouse
simple keyboard
dvd drive is not working but its taking energy. when i press button sound comes but it doesnt open.
and 750 gtx to be put.
