PSU for my built?

my built is going to be i7 4790-R9 390 MSI -ASROCK B85 PRO4 RETAIL ,1HDD,1 SSD and 4x4gb ddr3 cards, i have two psu to choose from Seasonic S12II-620W and Antec TruePower Classic 750W ...are these two watt and quality wise good enough for my system?

Seasonic S12II-620W and Antec TruePower Classic 750W , both are made by SEASONIC get the True Power Classic 750w.

my budget is 120 euro Seasonic S12II-620W is 92 euro and Antec TruePower Classic 750W is 119 euro... so the S12II-620W isnt good enough?

Yes it is enough , but go with the extra power of the Antec.

You could get a tier one EVGA G2 750w for less than €120.
