psu for my mini-itx gaming build

hey guys i'm building a gaming PC the specs are

cpu intel i5-4690
gpu MSI GeForce GTX 970 GAMING 4G
mobo ASRock H97M-ITX
ram 8gb
storage 2.5" WD Blue Mobile 1TB (HDD)
case Silverstone Raven z

how many watts do I need ? notice that I need to use sfx psu due to the size of the case

which brand is better (more reliable) in this feild with reasonable (not expensive) prices?
