Hey guys recently i bought a new pc , i build it myself with the components , g4400 skylake , ddr4 2133 mhz , r7 360 oc version , asrock dgs mobo and a 500w fl500 extra floston psu . in the first weeks of the pc it worked well then i got little freezes in games , i made a search on the internet to know what is going on and most people said that the power supply is not supplying the r7 well , and it s a bottleneck , if this is the problem can you recommend me a good psu for my specs ?

Solution
A psu with insufficient power will usually show symptoms of display artifacts.
I do not suspect that is the problem.
What has changed since all was well?

I might suspect an accumulation of malware.
Run malwarebytes free edition to clean that up.

Possibly some maintenance has messed things up' try using system restore to reset to a previous good time.

I do not recognize your psu.
If it is a cheap low quality unit, consider replacing it regardless.
Here is one list of psu quality, there are others.
Pick a tier 1 or 2 unit.
550w is more than enough and will give you graphics upgrade options.

Where are you going to be shopping? That's a very low-end PSU sold in some Eastern European countries, so would have to know where you can buy your PSU from as availability -- and sadly, pricing -- will be far worse than in the US.

And yeah, the PSU is definitely junk. With a max of 18A of 12V power, for all intents and purposes, it's a 200W PSU when you're talking modern components, not a 500W. And that can very easily cause a problem even with lower-power GPUs.

I understand , so could you give me some good psu around 500-550 w , my budget is around 60 euro/dollars , i forgot to say that i run assassin's creed 4 without problems at high and when i play games with many entyties such fifa and gta i get freezes , so basically the graphic card struggles with power from the psu on gpu concentrated games ?
