guys

I have ryzen 5 1500x and 1050 ti
I would like to upgrade my GPU to rx580, but I doubt if my psu can handle this thing
however my psu is FSP Hexa+ II 500w

Is that alright to buy 580 with my current PSU?

Solution
You'll have to check the specs of the 580 you are thinking of getting on the manufacturer website, specifically how many Amps it needs on the +12v rail and then compare to what your PSU has. You may have to open the case to get the detail on your PSU. Unfortunately the PSU you have is pretty poor quality so it would be a good idea to change that anyway.

The psu specs look fine to me for running a 580.
No reviews or stripdowns anywhere though , although Id consider even the lower end fsp units at least 'non dangerous' unlike all the plain tat generic units floating around the market.

Id say youre fine imo
