PSU headroom if you're NOT overclocking?

PCPP is saying the max wattage of all the parts I'm looking at is 346 watts. I know when overclocking people like to have around 150 watts of headroom however, if I won't be overclocking anything then a 450 watt PSU should be safe, right? More specifically the system will have a 7600 non-k and a GTX 1070.

YEs it's a good psu, it will do the job.

According to users and reviews it seems to be a pretty good PSU but I don't have any experience with Corsair, only EVGA. It's the SF 450W.

That tier list is old, misleading, includes many flaws. I discourage using it.

The corsair has been reviewed and is found to be a great unit.

It is always best to use professional reviews, not calculators.

I think the PSU Tier list is a good place to start for someone who knows little about PSUs. Particularly the warnings about the low end ones, and what distinguishes a quality PSU from a low-quality one. But I agree, once you think you know what you are going to buy, pro reviews are the best resource.
