So first of all I had a 430w Gold rated PSU in my list from what the parts picker told me (299w), but after putting it into a PSU calculator (Including the clock speed of the Superclocked GPU) it told me it was around 340w and recommended a 500-550w PSU, successfully confusing me.

I'm not planning on upgrading this build later, apart from maybe beefing up the GPU later.

I would also like to keep within around £610 as my budget

So, which PSU should I pick?
 
Keep the EVGA you have listed don't buy a pile of crap like the one listed above.
The 550 watt will allow you to upgrade the video card some in the future without buying another PSU.
I would try to fit a GTX 960 in the budget if that is for a gaming PC, you could drop the water cooler and get a decent air cooler to save the difference in the video card price.
