PSU is melting?

While all of this info about current and voltage is true, none of it changes the fact that high voltage is dangerous in a situation like this . In an electrical appliance there is generally always enough current to be dangerous but it will not flow in the absence of voltage. Also the frequencies involved are low.

My main point is don't suggest high voltage isn't dangerous unless you explain because it gives a dangerous impression. In most cases it is in fact very dangerous due to available current but it's not usually necessary to explain why it's dangerous, just that it is.

Avoiding voltage does no harm, thinking you don't have to might.

As it happens my background is in telecommunications and I've been zapped by ringing voltage and worse many many times
 

And you aren't dead yet. Getting zapped by 300-600V may hurt (a lot) but unless the current happens to cross your heart, there is little real direct harm done and secondary injuries from over-reacting to the shock (ex.: falling from a ladder) are usually far more severe.
 
277v is the worst. For most voltages, you get hit, makes you jump. With 277v for some odd reason it mostly does the opposite and makes you hold on. That sucks. Anytime me or my partner get around 277/480, 1 person works, the other stands there holding a 2x4.
 
Hello guys just wanted to update you.

I have changed the PSU with one that my friend gave me. I have noticed something strange. Now my fan (I think it is fan from CPU) is spinning like crazy on idle desktop. And it restart again.

I do get this BSOD lately

CPU fan "spinning like crazy" usually means that the CPU is over-heating. Excessive CPU temperatures at idle would be caused by poor HSF contact either due to incorrect mounting, insufficient paste, or dried-out paste that got compromised by nudging the HSF.

Check your CPU temperatures.
 
What's the new psu? It could very well actually be worse than what you originally started with. Not necessarily because of quality, but age, use, abuse suffered from your bud.

Some pastes dry out. That in itself isn't an issue, the 'paste' part is just a medium to contain the silicates and other stuff that actually does the thermal transfer work. However, once dried it's 'bonded' to the cpu. If you break the bond (sorta like breaking the bond on a suction cup stuck to glass) by jarring the heatsink, excessive vibration from a junky fan, rock the pc case pretty much any force applied to the heatsink, then the silicates loose cohesiveness and don't work well anymore, temps skyrocket. Requires a good cleaning and repaste to fix.
 
I should have started from the beginning.

Pc is old 4-5 years. In 2017 around the month of October it started restarting when I was browsing with more then one tab. Then I thought maybe it is PSU. I have changed it with this one on the picture. ZeUS. The first stock PSU had 540W. This one (ZeUS) has 560W. I was like it should work. And it did.

Then around the Decembar I started playing Fortine. One day I was playing 3-4 hours Fortnite. Then suddenly the GPU fan started spinning fast; and it restarted. I was like oh bummer it overheated, it will just turn back again. But when it did. The GPU fan os still spinning fast. I checked MSI Afterburner and it said that temperature of GPU is 0°C. The fan was on AUTO 100%. I had to manually bring the speed down. I was useing the pc like that. Every time I start the pc I turn the fan speed to 30% and it worked.

One day I got tierd of that and wanted to clean the whole pc. I cleaned every single part and put thermal past... Did not help.

After a week or so I played something not so strong as Fortnite. That was Warcraft3. After a 4-5 hours. It restarted again. But this time a message poped up. It said do you want Windows Startup Repair. I said yes. And it fixed it. The manualy seting the fan speed was gone.

Then after a mounth. It started restarting radomly. Some time just after a startup. Sometime once in a day. Sometimes after a week.

It dident bodered me for some time.

Around 20.05.2018 the restarting got really bad. I could not play pc for 1 hour without restart. I tried changing RAM. Nothing. Tried changing RAM in different slots.

Then I tried my friends PSU. I did not see his PSU had 500W. My original had 540W. It worked a little, but again the restarts...

And here we are today...

A concise list of exactly what the gpu, cpu, mobo, ram, and current psu would be nice. Include models and any OC you've done (if any)

Also, check the windows event viewer and see if you have any red flagged critical errors. Those will be the reason the pc shutdown if not due to psu stoppage.

About the Event Viewer. Around the Jan and Feb. When I had the PSU one on the picture ZeUS. I had 3 error poping constantly
- The AODDriver4.2.0 service faild to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the path specified.
- The NEWDRIVER service failed to start due to the following error: Teh system cannot find the file specified.
- THe following boot-start ot system-start driver(s) failed to load: VirtDiskBus

Now I have them and plus some more.
