PSU is not working

Hey, recently I have tried to replace my computer case and when I finished, my psu seemed not to be working. I tried the paper clip psu trick and my fan did not spin. But, when turned on, the psu made a low buzzing sound. Is it truly my psu that's damaged or is it something else?

Hard to say but if you are sure that everything is connected right and you did paper clip test right it may be toast. But on the other hand could be something else. You'll never know until you try another, known good PSU.
