psu issue??? HELP ME PLS DONT IGNORE JUST ANSWER I BEG U

so im on my pc and ranomly not too often as in maybe 1 time a day the LED lighting on my keyboard flashes off and back on for a split second and then 5 seconds later everything starts lagging as well as my mouse. its like a stutter attack and it affects the whole PC not the graphics. maybe there is an electrical issue? i have a h81m-E33, 500w evga psu, gtx 960 oc windforce, i7 4770. could this be because of a dying CPU? or motherboard? the psu should be find as evga is OK and a 500w is enough for a gtx 960. so if it is motherboard or anything like that PLS tell me 🙁

What is your os ?

Possibly is OS problem, there's also indicator that your cpu+mobo error..

my keyboard LED lighting turns off for abit i dont know if thats a cpu problem? maybe a power problem. cud a cpu cause your keyboard to lose power as well as your mouse and the usb disconnect sound to happen. i dont know if a bad cpu causes power problems. i just dont want it to be my cpu. also can you recommend me a cheap 30-40 pounds lga 1150 motherboard DDR3

there was some dust INSIDE my psu so i opened it up and cleared it out

ebga psus arent the best but they never have problems and i have plenty of allowance with 500w for a 960 so it shouldnt be a psu issue

do you also have another PSU ? at least a normal 500W psu to figure out what is the problem.
And also sometimes windows power plan can mess up your whole power settings

no extra psu but windows power plan? shall i try out high performance . it is currently on balanced

Yeah, you might try out high performance first before attempting to change your psu/mobo . Run stress test or play some games to make sure the problem.
