PSU issue? Help plx

Good Evening, could anyone shed light on this one please?

Not too often but now and then usually when gaming but sometimes at idle my Pc screen jsut goes into sleep mode when the PC is switched on and running. THen it wont turn back on and can only be turned back on by turning the PC off hard style 🙁. Aswell as this on the odd occasion when I manually shut down my PC the screen will switch off but the PC continues to run. I am wondering if there is an issue with my PSU not shutting down properly and another underlying issue causing it to randomly shut the screen off.

I have an alienware R4 system running windows 7 HP, NVIDIA GTX690 4BG, intel i7 4820 and 16GB Ram. PSU is 875Watt and shouldnt have any issue running this setup?.

Ive had the system from new about 1 month but its no longer stock in as much as I have watercooled the GPU however have not touched the PSU so dont know if that would void any warranty on RMAing the PSU with alienware or not.

Have you checked for viruses? Any suspicious processes in task manager?

I use AVG free edition and scan every 2 days. Hasnt picked anything up int hat respect. I have not checked task manager I will do that soon. In all its happened about 6/7 times since I got it so not too often buts its rather annoying.
