[SOLVED] PSU loud humming noise until I flip the case

I built my PC just 2 weeks ago.

PSU: Corsair Cp-9020098-eu 650 Watt

Case: Corsair Carbide Series™ 270R Windowed ATX Mid-Tower

The noise comes and goes. It is a very loud humming noise and causes vibrating. I'm almost certain that its coming from the PSU. I played around with the cables and it didn't help. I tightened the PSU screws on the outter side of the case and it didn't help.

If I flip the case completely, laying it on the side, the noise instantly goes away for at least a couple of hours but ultimately comes back.

Hitting or shaking the case doesn't help. All my parts are new and store bought. I would return my PSU but its a lot of work and the fact that it goes away when I flip it leads me to believe it might have a simple long-term solution.

Any ideas?
